Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
The short version: BookYourTalent connects organisers with artists and gives both sides the tools to agree and sign a booking. The booking itself is between the organiser and the artist. We charge 10% on bookings we introduce, nothing on an artist's own clients, and a subscription for paid plans. The full terms below are what count.
1.About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and BookYourTalent (“we”, “us”). Book Your Talent is an iSkale Group company, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They apply when you use our website, dashboards, AI features and message relay. By creating an account you accept them.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
- You sign up as an organiser (client), an artist or a manager/agency. If you act for a company, agency or artist, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and they are bound by these terms too.
- Keep your details accurate, keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away at info@bookyourtalent.co if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
3.What BookYourTalent does
BookYourTalent is a marketplace. We help organisers find and book artists, help artists and managers find gigs, and provide tools for messages, contracts, calendars and payments.
The booking agreement is between the organiser and the artist (or the artist's manager). We are not a party to it, we are not the artist's employer or agent, and we do not organise the event. The artist is responsible for the performance, and the organiser for the event, its permits, venue, safety and payment of the artist's fee. We do not guarantee that a booking will happen, that an artist is available, or that a user will meet their obligations.
4.Bookings and contracts
- A booking is confirmed only when both sides have signed the booking contract and any required deposit has been paid.
- Contracts can be drafted with our Legal Agent from our templates or from the artist's own. You are responsible for checking a contract before you sign it. AI-drafted contracts are a starting point, not legal advice.
- Contracts are signed electronically through our e-signature provider. You agree that an electronic signature binds you like a handwritten one.
- Cancellations, changes, riders, travel and payment of the artist's fee are governed by the booking contract between the parties.
5.Fees and payment
Commission
When a booking comes from an introduction we made, BookYourTalent charges a commission of 10% of the agreed performance fee. The commission is owed by the artist. It is paid by the organiser as a deposit when the booking contract is signed, on the artist's behalf, and the organiser pays the remaining fee to the artist as set out in the booking contract.
Your own clients are commission-free. Artists and managers on a paid plan can invite their own clients with a personal invite link. Bookings between that artist (or agency) and a client who signed up through their link carry no commission. If that client books a different artist they found on BookYourTalent, the commission applies to that booking.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
AI allowance and AI credit
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance for AI features, with daily and monthly limits. The allowance resets on the first of each month and unused allowance does not carry over.
- On a paid plan you can buy extra AI credit. Credit is used only after your monthly allowance is finished, and it carries over from month to month until it is spent.
- AI credit can only be used while your account is on a paid plan. If you move to the Free plan, your remaining credit is kept and becomes usable again when you return to a paid plan.
- AI credit is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.
Taxes and payment processing
Prices are shown with or without tax as stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; you also agree to Stripe's terms when you pay. Each party is responsible for its own taxes on fees it receives.
6.Keeping introduced bookings on the platform
When we introduce an organiser to an artist, bookings between them should go through BookYourTalent. You agree not to arrange such a booking outside the platform to avoid the commission, including by exchanging direct contact details for that purpose, for 12 months after the introduction. If this happens, we may charge the commission that would have applied and suspend the accounts involved.
7.Messages
Organisers and artists communicate through our anonymous relay. Use it for booking-related conversations only, be professional, and do not send spam, unlawful or abusive content. We may block messages that break these terms.
8.Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload: profiles, photos, music links, press kits, riders, contract templates and documents. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and process it, including with our AI and other service providers, to run and promote the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where the content has been shared in a booking or we must keep it by law.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including images of other people and third-party logos.
9.Acceptable use
You must not:
- give false information, impersonate an artist, agency or company, or list an artist you do not represent;
- scrape, copy or resell the artist or venue data on the platform;
- use automated means to create accounts, send messages or overload our AI features;
- try to access other users' accounts or data, or get around our security;
- use the platform for anything unlawful, discriminatory or harmful.
10.AI features
Our AI features (matching, the Booking, Legal and Tour agents, and the assistant) produce suggestions that can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, in particular contract terms, fees, flight options and venue details. Fair-use limits apply to AI features on each plan.
11.Connected services
When you connect Google Calendar or another calendar, pay with Stripe or sign with our e-signature provider, those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for what they do with your data.
12.Suspension and closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to info@bookyourtalent.co. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or puts the platform at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us. Obligations under bookings already confirmed, and commission already owed, continue after an account is closed.
13.Liability
We provide the platform “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of organisers or artists, including cancellations, no-shows, quality of performance or non-payment, nor for indirect losses such as lost profit or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer where consumer law applies.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using BookYourTalent after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
15.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are decided by the courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
